IMPORTANT TO NOTE: We do not carry this item in store.  When we receive your order, we will order it from the warehouse.  At this stage, we are not able to cancel the order.  Therefore we stress - there is a NO CANCEL policy when ordering furniture.  Within 1-3 business days of receiving your order, we will advise you of an ETA via email.  If you would like an ETA prior to placing an order please 'contact us' first.  We suggest when ordering furniture to allow 4 - 6 weeks for it to arrive - there can be unexpected delays due to transport issues - ordering ahead of time does save stress for us both.  If you need it sooner, please 'contact us' to discuss details.  As soon as your purchase arrives in store you will receive an email or text message asking you to collect your purchase from Bébé Bits within 3 business days but if you can't manage this, just send us a message & we can move your purchase to short term storage (in most instances).
