Bébé Bits is dedicated to ensuring you are happy with your purchase.
When we pick & pack your order - we inspect each item closely for any faults and all stock has already been through rigorous quality control during production. We only dispatch to you when we are 100% confident that the item/s purchased are in perfect condition.
We hope you love it, but just in case you don’t, we make returns and exchanges as simple as possible. Please contact us via email at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your purchase to let us know your reason for wanting to return any item/s. We do not accept items for refund if you change your mind.
If you believe the item to be broken or faulty, please explain the fault in your email and include clear photo's of the entire product and also of the particular fault. We will assess your request & if we agree that it is faulty/broken, we will issue you with an 'approved authorisation' email and provide you with our postal address. Bébé Bits will only cover the cost of you returning an item if it is faulty/broken - not if you have just changed your mind or need a different size/colour, so please choose carefully. We do not offer 'store credit'. A faulty item will be replaced with a new 'non faulty' item - same as the original purchase. If we cannot exchange it for exactly the same item, we will contact you via email and offer you a choice of something else or we will issue you with a refund. Please return the item(s) within 7 days from the date you received it, in unworn/unused condition with labels and packaging intact AND THE INVOICE/RECEIPT must be included.
Unless the product you have purchased is faulty, Bébé Bits is not responsible for the cost of return shipping - this is the customer’s responsibility. We will always do our best to ensure that our product descriptions are kept up-to-date and as accurate as possible and we are always happy to help with any questions that you may have prior to purchase.
What Items Can Be Refunded?
Refunds will only be offered for full priced goods and are not available for sale items, discounted items purchased using a promo code or headwear/swimwear (due to health regulations), skin care, essential oils or candles - unless they are faulty.
Can I Return Sales Items or Items Purchased with a Promo Code?
Refunds or exchange are not provided for sale items, unless they are faulty. Items purchased with a promo code may be returned for an exchange only - and only after your request has been assessed and approved by Bébé Bits. You will be responsible for postage in this instance.
How To Return Items
Email us and let us know your order number, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason within 7 days of receipt. Then wait to hear back from Bébé Bits with further instruction.
How Long Will It Take to Process My Return?
Please allow 2 weeks for a return to be processed from the time you ship it back to us.

Only if your order has not yet been packed and shipped.
